Kingsley O. Okafor is an operations and business transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex, multi-site organizations and delivering measurable performance improvement across healthcare, logistics and supply chain, retail, industrial services, construction, and consulting environments.
His expertise spans operational excellence, business transformation, continuous improvement, strategy execution, project and program management, organizational change, performance management, and operational governance. Throughout his career, Kingsley has led large-scale initiatives, multi-million-dollar operations, cross-functional teams, and transformation programs focused on improving productivity, reducing cost, strengthening operational discipline, and building sustainable systems for growth.
His leadership experience includes delivering significant improvements in process efficiency, productivity, logistics performance, cost reduction, asset reliability, workforce performance, and operational execution. He combines the structured problem-solving discipline of a consultant with the practical perspective of an operator who understands what it takes to translate strategy into results.
As Founder & Principal Consultant of KSC Operations Group, Kingsley works with organizations to diagnose operational challenges, identify performance opportunities, design practical solutions, and build the capabilities required to sustain improvement.
Kingsley holds an MBA and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), SSGI Certified Agile Practitioner (SSGI-CAP), and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC).
